Hello Patrick. This image and its composition make think me about pain. Why? The hand that covers sex creates a strange effect. Pero es muy interesante.

Patrick Krolis: Thank you very much for the comment. yes the lightning is produced with a single large studio flash. Actually I love shooting with one flash only. At times I have tried using all 4 flashheads but I am never happy with the results. So in this picture here, did my best...
